Suzie and Craig Greer, Administrative Consultants
Suzie Greer serves as the part-time Administrative Consultant for AHPCO and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the organization. Suzie has been with AHPCO since 2016 and was instrumental in moving the conference from Montgomery to Orange Beach. Over the past 9 years AHPCO has been able to revitalize it’s budget and expand programs and increase it’s online presence. Suzie works full-time as an instructional support aide running a testing room for students with special needs at Hoover High School where she has worked for the past 21 years.
Craig Greer has 25 years in the hospice industry with experience in a variety of roles from chaplain and bereavement coordinator, marketing, hospice administration and software management.
Together they have three children and two grandchildren.

Rhonda Osborne, RN, AHPCO Legislative Consultant
Rhonda Slaton Osborne began serving as the Alabama Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Consultant after a 44-year nursing career with a 32-year focus in hospice care.
Rhonda’s nursing career began with obtaining a BSN in Nursing from Jacksonville State University in 1977. Since that time, she has held certifications in Oncology, as a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse and as a Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator.
Rhonda’s hospice career began in 1989 with Hospice of Marshall County in Alabama. She began as a bedside care hospice RN, progressing to the Patient Care Coordinator creating their original quality assurance program and was later promoted to Executive Director (later called the CEO) in 1995. During her tenure as CEO, Hospice of Marshall County, which later was known as Shepherd’s Cove Hospice, a 10-bed IPU facility was built, the first in northeast Alabama, a community based palliative care program was established and a free-standing bereavement center was created.
Rhonda assists AHPCO as a consultant to assist in legislative issues, state level hospice review, and furthering collaborative state level relationships

Jennifer Hannum, Social Media Coordinator
Jennifer Hannum, RN, BSN
Jennifer’s career journey showcases her dedication to the field of hospice, her commitment to education and improvement, and her ability to transition into roles of increasing responsibility and specialization.
Jennifer started as an Administrative Assistant with a non-profit Hospice organization in 2000 which sparked a love for the industry and led her to pursue a degree in nursing. After graduating with her BSN from Florida Gulf Coast University, she worked in nursing roles including RN Case Manager, Clinical Manager, and Corporate Staff Development.
While in management and corporate education roles, Jennifer developed a specialization in documentation education and improvement. This led her to her current role as the Director of Learning Services at KanTime Software.
