Our Mission

To increase access to quality end-of-life care through advocacy, education, and collaboration.

What We Stand For

access
Access

Every person in Alabama deserves high quality end-of-life care. We advocate for patients and providers alike, working to remove barriers and give hospice a voice with regulators, medical communities, and insurers.

Education
Education

Informed choices start with good information. We educate Alabamians on hospice and palliative care so they can make decisions before a crisis makes it for them.

Growth

Our members receive continuing education resources to keep their care and knowledge current.

Partners

We are stronger together. We exist to connect hospice and palliative care providers across Alabama in a shared mission.
